Soca Monarch: two categories, two winning songs
The Soca Monarch finals took place at the Sab, Vigie, on Friday, July 10, 2026. Kisha Kay won Groovy Soca with “Done”; Ezra D’Funmachine won Power Soca with “Salute.” The organizer identifies Kisha Kay as the competition’s first woman Groovy Soca Monarch.
Each winning total was one point above the runner-up in its category: 388 versus 387 in Groovy, and 384 versus 383 in Power. Those are competition points, not streaming figures or a year-round music chart.
The Power table below follows the organizer’s published total of 361 points for Bobo & Samo (Tension). REV-UP reports 361.5 for the same third-place entry. Both sources place Tension third; the half-point difference remains unresolved.

Calypso Monarch: Ready’s two-song result
Nahoma “Ready” Jn Baptiste won the Calypso Monarch final on Saturday, July 11. The organizer’s account names “Sign Up” and “Micoud” as her two performances. Its table gives Ready, representing Fire One, 768.5 points, followed by Gumtion, TC Brown and Dezral.
Read the songs in pairs here: the official calypso table lists two contributions for each of its top four places. A result associated with an artist’s pair should not be copied onto one recording as though it were a separate song award.
| Place | Artist | Tent | Songs | Points |

Find the recording behind a competition title
Search with both the artist and song title from the relevant table. Before saving a result, check whether it is a studio recording, a live finals performance, a remix or a continuous mix. A competition announcement identifies the performance entry; it does not identify a particular streaming-service master.
For collaborations, retain the named participants while following the exact recording credits. The organizer’s Power table lists Bobo & Samo together as Tension, and Sedale, HP and Deevon together for “Bring Your Cooler.” A catalog should preserve those displayed credits while checking any alternate spellings against artist or label evidence.

How to read these results
The tables reproduce factual placements, names, titles and scores from the organizer’s July 13 announcements. Qualification lists describe earlier rounds and should not be treated as the final result. A number in a qualifier table can simply be a row number; preserve the round label before calling it a rank.
The competition dates refer to the July finals. The organizer’s announcements are dated July 13, after those events.
