The label’s account begins before Masters At Work
Glasgow Underground’s GU775 description places Anastas “Pupa Nas T” Hackett and Harkness Taitt at Trinidad’s Caribbean Sound Basin in 1999, making the song before inviting Belfon to sing. It identifies JW Productions as the original releasing label.
The label says DJ Roger Ugly passed the recording to Louie Vega; Masters At Work’s 2001 release followed its 2000 Winter Music Conference reception. This retrospective account does not establish master ownership.

The 2022 version and the later ViP
The GU775 description traces McKay’s new edit to a 2022 Night Tales set in Hackney, where Armand played the vocal over another house track. It says McKay subsequently contacted Hackett to license the song.
GU824 separately describes the 2023 ViP as a summer revisit, returning the song to its original major key. That musical description is attributed to the label, not presented as an independent listening test.

Credits on the selected streaming editions
The selected Apple pages credit Anastas Hackett and Harkness Taitt in composition, and Kevin McKay with Pupa Nas T in production. Belfon is named among the performers. The shorter and extended versions have separate entries, so choose the explicit title rather than relying only on the artwork or the word “Work.”
