An opinion became a collaboration
Speaking to LargeUp for its May 23, 2016 premiere, Destra recalled meeting Tanya Stephens in St Lucia about two years earlier. She was exploring reggae and played Stephens a song she had been developing, asking what she thought.
Destra said Stephens liked the material and described their easy connection. The premiere identifies Jason “J-Vibe” Farmer as producer. That production attribution comes from the contemporary premiere, not from the shorter streaming credit list.

What the selected streaming entry adds
Apple lists the performer as Destra Garcia and titles the track “Liar Liar (feat. Tanya Stephens).” Its writing section shows Destra Garcia and the spelling Tanya Stephenson. The provider spelling is retained here as an observation; it is not used to infer a separate person or a legal-name correction.
The song page does not list a producer in its displayed credit sections. That omission does not contradict the premiere’s explicit J-Vibe credit.

Locate the ten-track Queen edition
The selected Queen package contains ten tracks and places “Liar Liar” last, after “Real Love” featuring Peetah Morgan. Apple displays March 14, 2016 for the edition, while the LargeUp premiere was published in May.
These dates identify a provider package and a later editorial premiere. The word premiere does not, by itself, establish the first worldwide availability of the recording.
